Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island among the released materials.

Additionally contained in this new photograph drop seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a legend identifying different parts of the land.

In addition to this are what seem to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, including plans for boat shelters.

Further materials released as part of the continuing oversight process.
